Processing Times
All Astoria Jackson garments are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and perfect fit.
Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
During peak seasons, special launches, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly — but we’ll always keep you updated every step of the way.
Shipping Times
Once your order is complete and ready to ship, delivery times are as follows:

U.S. Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping: 10–21 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and postal service delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out for special offers via our newsletter and Instagram.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update after your package has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the shipment reaches your country.
Astoria Jackson is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
Astoria Jackson is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at astoriajackson@astoriajacksondesign.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly first.

While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we value your trust and will work with you to find a solution.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each Astoria Jackson piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue or defect.
